This has been my real estate motto for almost 20 years now. In that time, I've been involved in all things real estate - from helping countless people buy, sell, renovate, and invest in properties, to flipping houses, wholesaling properties, and investing in my own portfolio, to helping fellow agents learn the business and how to be successful in real estate.

Helping agents grow is one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I'm passionate about helping others achieve their goals, making dreams come true, and creating friendships to last a lifetime. 

Today, I train and motivate REALTORS® to work at the highest level of professional standards while teaching them to be accountable, and “how to fish so they can eat for a lifetime,”​ through generating personal referrals and building their network. One of my greatest joys is watching my agents succeed from the basics that I've taught them.

I’m a second-generation REALTOR® and proud to have been introduced to the business by my parents. I literally grew up in the industry - answering the phones in their Real Estate office at 11 years old - so you can say real estate is in my roots. This is where my passion for real estate coaching began, with my dad as my first coach.

I'm a mixture of bold, outgoing, matter-of-fact, brutally honest, and empathetic. During those early years, I learned the importance of accountability and how to incorporate street smarts and common sense into all experiences.

I always loved the thought of working my way from the ground level up to CEO, and never shied away from the challenge. I set out to shatter the glass ceiling of real estate and did it!

Being in real estate means getting to be my own boss with practically no boundaries, and I can make as much money as I want. However the greatest exhilaration comes from making a difference in people’s lives.

My greatest influence was my friend and mentor, Ellen Boyle. She taught me how to “empty my cup” every day, and that in doing so, your work will be rewarding and profitable. She taught me gratitude and opened my eyes as to how to inspire others to give back. So, with grit and grace, hard work, and determination, I built my real estate empire.

My high level of energy, positivity, and boldness, coupled with a constant drive to succeed, has led me to be a consistent top producer and to win multiple awards, including being Voted the #1 agent in Rhode Island by the readers of the Providence Journal. I pride myself on being an out-of-the-box thinker who has her finger on the pulse of the ever-changing real estate market and is always prepared with creative workarounds to make things happen.

Just like you, I'm a real person, with a family and a business who understands the need for work-life balance in real estate and any other entrepreneurial endeavor. I personally balance my lifestyle through yoga, working out at the gym, playing with my 3 pups, and spending time with friends and family.

I'm very passionate about giving back to the community - particularly around women's issues, having served as President of the Women's Council of Realtors and raising over $500,000 for the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation. I enjoy being the voice of the underdog and regularly volunteer for Meals on Wheels, and my absolute favorite thing to do is spend time with my rescue dogs and help at local shelters. I'm the voice that they don't have.

Besides work-life balance, real estate is a great career path for so many reasons. Early on, I realized that in the corporate world you are just a number, and everyone is replaceable. But, no one can replace my 20 years of hands-on experience. It’s not something that is taught, it’s something that is learned and earned. 

Through years of experience I've learned to hold myself to high standards and be accountable to myself for my own success, yet I'm still constantly learning, growing, and evolving. I’ve had the pleasure of working with agents and watching them grow and flourish and truly have a desire to help other agents succeed and create a sustainable business model for themselves.

After many years of taking professional coaching classes, working hands-on in the industry, and coaching other agents, I’ve decided it's time to share my knowledge and support others growth. Now I want to share this winning formula that I have been teaching my own successful agents with YOU!

I thoroughly enjoy motivating people to be the best ​version of themselves they can possibly be. It's a unique honor watching my agents train new agents the same way I trained them, proving my method works.
